The workshop offers activities such as painting, pottery, felt making, candle making, mosaics and looking ahead to doing basketry as well. Paper making is the latest project - 400 Christmas cards were made from recycled material, straw, bamboo leaves, grass, artichokes and other natural fibres. At a recent Agricultural show, under the section "Hand Crafted Goods", second prize was awarded to the Art team for the wonderful cards made.

Weavery

Weavery workshop provides a place where 1) our residents can learn new skills; 2) our residents can have a vocational work as a professional weaver; and 3) new short term co-workers can obtain new experience and skills. We produce rugs and materials for making such as oven gloves, scarves, bags and teapot cozy and so on and those products are sold at several occasions.

Food Processing

The food processing workshop is situated on the land next to the farm cottage. We are looking after the seasonal produce - e.g. making jam, as well as learning how to bake and cook.
